Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for planning your visit to Smokin' Country Jam at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all guests.

Refund and Cancellation Terms

  • Processing Fee: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Cancellation Timeline:

    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your first check-in day will be charged a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made 13 to 3 days before your first check-in day will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made 2 days or less before your first check-in day are non-refundable.

Reservation Rollovers

  • We offer the option to roll over your reservation for up to one year without penalties. Once the reservation has been rolled over, the right to cancel for a refund is forfeited.

Early Departures

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures under any circumstances.

  • All ticket sales are final.

    • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

    • If you’re unable to attend, tickets can be transferred to another individual. Please contact us to facilitate any necessary ticket transfers.

Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event that Smokin’ Country Jam is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or the option to roll over their tickets to the rescheduled event.

Weather Policy

  • This is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related circumstances unless the event is canceled entirely.
